30-Day Fit Promise

If your WarmSheer tights arrive damaged, defective, or simply don't work for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@warmsheer.com with your order number and a short description (a photo helps).

We will offer a replacement pair or a full refund of the item price. In most cases you do not need to ship the item back.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process it.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship.
